Outdoor Yoga

When the weather is good, I always organize outdoor yoga classes – a wonderful opportunity to practice together with others in nature. For about an hour, we flow through a powerful, activating practice that energizes body and mind.

REFUEL
The fresh air, the smell of green meadows, the warm sun on your skin – all this will help you to recharge your energy reserves.

FIND BALANCE
Nature is our home. It helps our body and our subconscious to come to rest.

FEEL FREE
In the countryside, there are no boundaries, no walls, no doors. The beauty of nature lies at your feet and the sky stretches far above your head.

TO FEEL PRANA
Lying on your mat in the green park, feeling the warmth tickling your skin is not just a nice feeling: in yoga, the sun is the source of life energy, also known as prana. In the Vedic scriptures, it has great healing powers – and we also fill up on vitamin D.

TO ENJOY
The chirping of birds, the sound of leaves, the gentle breeze on our skin – nature teaches us many things in life, but also helps us to find ourselves. In nature, we can forget all the stresses and strains of everyday life and let go of tension in order to find ourselves again.

EXCHANGE ENERGY
The yoga community gives you strength and support, especially in difficult situations. Doing yoga together in a group will flood you with new energy. Look forward to soaking up the positive vibes of the group!
